Payment went through but no download or course link showed up? Something about your order looks wrong? Don't guess. Reach out directly to either of us. We built and run this store ourselves, and we'd rather hear from you than have you wonder.
When you write in, include the email you paid with and, if you have it, your order reference (shown on your order confirmation page or in the confirmation email). It helps us find your purchase instantly instead of going back and forth.

MKV Academy offers digital products and services: e-books (delivered as a downloadable file or link), video courses (delivered as a set of links to externally hosted video content), SOLIDWORKS certification mock exams (timed online practice tests with instant scoring), and CAD models (downloadable model files, assemblies and 3D-printable designs from our CAD marketplace). Everything sold here is digital; nothing is shipped physically.
Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave. We never see or store your card details; Flutterwave handles that directly. Once a payment is verified as successful, access to your purchase is unlocked automatically on-screen and by email.
E-books are delivered as a direct download link or a link to your private, time-limited copy of the file. CAD models are delivered as a download after purchase, and mock exams are taken online through your account. Courses are delivered as a list of links to externally hosted videos. MKV Academy does not host these videos directly, so their availability is partly outside our control, though we aim to keep links working and will fix or replace a broken one if you let us know.
Because these are instantly delivered digital products, we don't offer refunds once a download link has been opened or purchased content has been unlocked. If a payment went through but you never received access, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
Buying requires a free account so your purchases are tied to you and recoverable later from the My Orders page. You're responsible for keeping your password private. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
E-books, course links, CAD models and mock exams are for your personal use. Reselling, redistributing, or publicly sharing purchased content, including CAD model files and exam questions, isn't permitted.

We don't sell your data to anyone. We don't share your email with third parties, other than the trusted providers that keep the store running, such as our hosting and database services, our payment processor, and our email delivery service. They handle your information only to deliver those services.
Purchase records are kept so you can always recover access to something you've bought through My Orders. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below. Note that this also means we'd no longer be able to help you recover a past purchase.
